Global Warming? - "The Oregon chemist warns that “no other major scientific problem has ever been tackled the way the UN has approached global warming.” The UN hosted a big meeting of scientists, he says, and then a small group of “authors” summarized the discussions into a global action plan. But the UN has never produced any evidence that humans are warming our climate. The UN panel says CO2 became the culprit “by the process of elimination” but such a process is neither scientific nor admissible in a court of law."

Democrats and RINOs Raising Gas Prices - It has been said over and over here, "Slavery has always been preceded by sleep". If you are an American you are a slave to 9 US Supreme Court justices, and a little over 500 mambers of congress and several state and local petty tyrants. There is nothing more you can do. Your children will fight each other because you did nothing, but since we have nothing better to do, we herein provide you with another opportunity to pretend you are awake.

"We the people" gave the legislative authority to our representatives. There is nothing in the Constitution that allows our representatives to give legislative authority to the state fire marshall or any other person or group. If the legislator can't determine what laws to pass maybe he should resign, but he has no right to transfer the trust we put in him to someone else, especially someone who is unelected and therefore unaccountable to the people:

In addition, we need to start considering that every law we pass like this, turns people into "criminals". Do we really want to make criminals out of people who make novelty lighters, don't wear motorcycle helmets, or even people who don't wear seatbelts? We need to let people have a little freedom and be responsible for themselves. Government is going to way too far in making you, your family, and your friends criminals or potential criminals just because they have nothing better to do. People should be made criminals only when absolutely necessary. That is the American way. Making criminals where it is not necessary is part of this "feel good do nothing" generation of socialist politicians and it is hurting all of us. The current trend of legislators, ignoring the big problems and making laws that take away freedom and reward the irresponsible, is just plain bad government. And it needs to stop.

Abdicate All Responsibility - If you have no clue how to solve Michigans problems, what is the best thing to do? That's right, give a blank check to some unelected branch of government. Action Item: Battle Against Homosexuality - There are some battles that no country can afford to loose. The battle against homosexuality is one of them - and America is loosing.
Why? Why should we spend everybody's tax money to create a separate country inside the United States? Many of us are from Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Russia, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, etc. We all became Americans. We didn't get our own "Commission". Why should so-called "Spanish speaking" people get a "Commission"? What gives legislators like Valde Garcia the right to create a special group of people who get special rights and privileges that the rest of us don't get? If the Mexicans can get state programs, why not the Germans, Norwegians and Russians? How about the 310 foreign groups that get ballots published in their own language in California, should they each have a "Commission", "state programs", and "Heritage Month Celebrations" to meet their needs if they come to Michigan? Michigan is doing so poorly, we need to stop wasting money and just have programs for "Americans". We need to get rid of politicians who are self serving and legislate just for their friends and relatives instead of all the people of Michigan. False Accusations - In the Bible, and it used to be the same in American law, the punishment for falsely accusing someone of a crime was that the accuser received the same sentence as would the accused if found guilty. Government people should be held strickly accountable for what they do, since they have so much power and legitimacy, that can so easily ruin peoples lives. There is no excuse for this in an elected official - in a postion of "trust" in American government. Either we remove men like this from office or we need to stop calling ourselves Americans, because the ideas and ideals of America's founders and founding generation would never tolerate this.
Voting for McCain so Clinton or Obama won't win? - " ... It does not matter that the pundits and experts say we can't win. That is not our business. As John Quincy Adams said, "Duty is ours; results are God's." When will Christians, especially, quit trying to play politics and start standing for principle? They talk a lot about principle, but when it comes down to where the rubber meets the road, most don't act like people of principle. ... I am convinced that only a miracle can save America now. And I am expecting God to grant such a miracle." It is time to face reality Chuck. God is not going to grant such a miracle. America has been asking for God's judgement for a long time and the good men who could have done something about it gave in to the "McCains" long ago and are giving in to them today. Tibet: the other side of the story - While all the countries of the western world call any individual, group or country that attacks them a "terrorist", including their own citizens that voice opposition to them; while all of those countries defend themselves by raids, arrests, and even suspending the rights of their own citizens in the name of "security"; they hypocritically label those who attack China as a "human rights cause", and critisize the Chinese government for defending itself. And to add insult to injury, they are willing to cost the innocent athletes of the Olympic Games everything, so that it costs them nothing, in this so called human rights battle. The truth is they are too scared of China to confront it directly, and they need some "human shields" to hide behind. It is easily to understand the French doing this, but the "most security camera'd people in the world" British?, and the communist/socialist/liberals/democrats in America?, thats hard to understand.

Injustice - Does everyone understand that when members of the justice department pervert justice, we have a problem? Does everyone understand that when members of the government suspend the "supereme law of the land" that they have perverted justice? Does everyone understand that these are the types of people the Founding Americans and our Founding Fathers called tyrants. Does everyone understand that these are the type of people that the Founding Americans and our Founding Fathers fought and killed on the battlefield to gain independence? Obviously not, or John Yoo, then the deputy assistant attorney general, and Alberto Gonzales attorney general, would no longer be with us, and would never have been appointed to their respective offices in the first place. John Yoo and Alberto Gonzales are what the Constitution calls "ememies ... domestic" and it is the right and duty of the members of government and the people themselves to make sure people like this are removed from positions of trust in the United States. The government and the people also have a responsibility to elect good men to office who will appoint good men to postitions of trust, instead of bad men with education and experience, who will appoint bad men to positions of trust in the government.

About Tibet - Many people, unhappy with their current government decide to through off their chains and fight for independence. The government sends in troops and 620,000 people die. Should the world stand for this? Should the world follow Nancy Pelosi and put a stop to this evil government? Well, that would be Nancy Pelosi's government as this is what happened during the American Civil War. Is the situation the same between the North and South of America and China and Tibet? Maybe, maybe not. But how cruel to use the world's athletes, who put in endless hours of training to compete in an event that they may be to old to compete in the next time around, as pawns in this battle. This is nothing but cowardliness on the part of the liberals who are dropping out of the Olympics or trying to get people to boycott the Olympics. If the liberals want to liberate Tibet let them fight the Chinese government, but don't let them use the world's athletes to hide their cowardliness.

Why aren't Americans protesting? - Why is an American Congressman in a far off distant land complaining about someone else's government violating human rights, when she is in the process of violating the human rights of her own countrymen? Do we have so few problems in America that our leaders need to go to other countries to have something to spend our money on? Please don't allow a leftist media and a bunch of left wing liberal politicians to ruin the Olympics for hundreds of the worlds athletes, just to get publicity for the politicians and advance their liberal agenda at the athlete's expense. Michigan Democrats seeking to raise taxes - again - So what is another $40 million and making it more difficult for people in Michigan to sell their homes or at least buy another one after it has sold? After all the goal of America is the redistribution of wealth isn't it? We should be happy to have to buy a small house after we sell our current "large" and "extravagent" home. We should be happy to let another democrat show the world how wonderful he is at our expense. "Oh, come on", you say, "It's only an additional $1 per $1000, you can afford it!". Ya, that's what they said about the income tax, the tax that would only apply to the rich and now oppresses just about everyone. But the democrats are so clever, and we just can't refuse them anything, so let's just pay the tax and not make waves, ok?

Who is the Supreme Authority in Michigan? - It used to be the people. The 1963 Michigan Constitution begins "We, the people of the State of Michigan, grateful to Almighty God for the blessings of freedom, and earnestly desiring to secure these blessings undiminished to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this constitution." Today these are just meaningless words. The facts prove that the practiced and enforced 'Constitution of Michigan' reads: "We the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, and the Courts, greatful to ourselves for removing God from Michigan, turning freedom into permission from the state, and securing that the people and their posterity will forever do our will, do ordain and establish our own arbitrary secular humanist will as their constitution." Instead, we will continue to elect abusive Democrat and Republican politicians, and we will just assume/hope the abuse happens to someone else and then be amused and entertained reading about their misfortune in the paper like we are reading about these english girls. The United States army is less than a million people spread all over the world, and we have let somewhere near 20 million mexicans invade the U.S. already. What kind of resistance could we really mount if they and the Mexican army insisted that we let more mexicans cross the border? Is it even possible at this stage to keep the liberals from taking guns away from their easy going, law abiding, 'take all my rights, I don't care', 'I won't use the second amendment anyway', fellow citizens and forcing them to speak spanish? Could we stop the liberals from forcing us to be Muslims? Could we stop the village idiot from forcing us to let the village raise our children in 2008? Who will stop minorities from abusing the majority when the majority accepts the abuse because they cowar in fear of the word 'racist', and let their rulers create laws against their own people to favor and protect foreigners? The minorities and liberals talk 'equality', but by now it should be obvious to all that they define 'equality' as "superiority - with revenge for minorities and the immoral".

Action Alert - North American Union 2 - How will we feel, being the generation of Americans that looses the country? Probably, we won't feel anything. After all, we have already abandoned the God of the United States Founding Fathers, the principles of the Declaration of Independence, the boundries to restrain government in the constitution, and the bill of rights is nothing but paper, every one violated by government without anyone lifting a finger. American freedom is now accurately likened to a dog wearing a collar with the government holding the leash. As long as the dog keeps enough slack in the leash he can delude himself into believing he is free. And since we don't have liberty any more, won't it be far more exciting to be a part of something bigger and better than just ourselves alone - A North American Union? Misery loves company.

If this is true, Americans are obviously overpaid. - What other excuse could Americans have for not revolting over the abusive, unConstitutional, and out of control spending habits of their representatives in Congress. If the individual American didn't have money to burn, why would he not fight over the waste of billion of dollars when his forefathers revolted over a two cent tax on tea? Is thievery ok if it is done with representation? Obviously in a country that is bold enough to throw God out of government and public schools, it is.
