But most of them will not give credit where credit is really due. Global Warming? - "The Oregon chemist warns that ¡°no other major scientific problem has ever been tackled the way the UN has approached global warming.¡± The UN hosted a big meeting of scientists, he says, and then a small group of ¡°authors¡± summarized the discussions into a global action plan. But the UN has never produced any evidence that humans are warming our climate.    In addition, we need to start considering that every law we pass like this, turns people into "criminals". Do we really want to make criminals out of people who make novelty lighters, don't wear motorcycle helmets, or even people who don't wear seatbelts? We need to let people have a little freedom and be responsible for themselves. Government is going to way too far in making you, your family, and your friends criminals or potential criminals just because they have nothing better to do. People should be made criminals only when absolutely necessary. That is the American way. Making criminals where it is not necessary is part of this "feel good do nothing" generation of socialist politicians and it is hurting all of us. The current trend of legislators, ignoring the big problems and making laws that take away freedom and reward the irresponsible, is just plain bad government. And it needs to stop.

What gives legislators like Valde Garcia the right to create a special group of people who get special rights and privileges that the rest of us don't get? If the Mexicans can get state programs, why not the Germans, Norwegians and Russians? How about the 310 foreign groups that get ballots published in their own language in California, should they each have a "Commission", "state programs", and "Heritage Month Celebrations" to meet their needs if they come to Michigan? Michigan is doing so poorly, we need to stop wasting money and just have programs for "Americans". We need to get rid of politicians who are self serving and legislate just for their friends and relatives instead of all the people of Michigan. False Accusations - In the Bible, and it used to be the same in American law, the punishment for falsely accusing someone of a crime was that the accuser received the same sentence as would the accused if found guilty. Government people should be held strickly accountable for what they do, since they have so much power and legitimacy, that can so easily ruin peoples lives. There is no excuse for this in an elected official - in a postion of "trust" in American government. Either we remove men like this from office or we need to stop calling ourselves Americans, because the ideas and ideals of America's founders and founding generation would never tolerate this.

The government and the people also have a responsibility to elect good men to office who will appoint good men to postitions of trust, instead of bad men with education and experience, who will appoint bad men to positions of trust in the government.

After all the goal of America is the redistribution of wealth isn't it? We should be happy to have to buy a small house after we sell our current "large" and "extravagent" home. We should be happy to let another democrat show the world how wonderful he is at our expense. "Oh, come on", you say, "It's only an additional $1 per $1000, you can afford it!". Yes. - It is not enough for the "goverment of evil" to take God out of the picture, they have to treat us like idiots, thinking they are getting away with all their coniving and weaseling. 79. Federal unconstitutional education laws - The United States Founding Fathers, from the beginning, left education to the states. Several presidents of the United States suggested that we have a national university and each time such an amendment to the Constitution was rejected. But today we have the federal government taking over education. This is goverment being a law unto itself, or tyranny, and it must be met with armed force. Protect the Constitution

The First Amendment Needs Our Help - First, Democrat Lyndon Johnson introduced and passed unconstitutional legislation silencing the churches of America because they spoke out against him, then there is McCain-Feingold to limit free speach 60 days before an election, and now this, Nancy Pelosi and the Democracts want to tear another limb off free speach and prevent the organizations that warn us about attacks on the Constitution from warning us. The Pelosi's don't care about the Constitution or us, they just don't want to be stopped from implementing their agenda. The criminals are making our laws. The criminals are making laws that turn those who exercise their rights into criminals. And we let them. What kind of fools are we? We can't defeat the Pelosi's as individuals. We must unite all those whose still want to "bind the government with the chains of the Constituton" into one army. It should be obvious to everyone by now that elections will not solve the problem. That is mostly due to the fact that the Republicans are just slightly less corrupt then the Democrats. And it is for just this sort of situation that the United States Founding Fathers gave us the Second Amendment. If we stand united and armed, the cowards who swear to uphold the Constitution and then don't, will probably back down. If they don't back down, an armed million man march on Washington DC could not be stopped by any combination of armed forces in the US - and hopefully they would uphold the Constitution and decline to even try. If we are willing to use force now we probably won't have to. If the Democrats know we will not use force they will be encouraged, they will just laugh at Americans who oppose them, and all our rights will be eventually lost. But just by eliminating the unconstitional politicians in the 535 member congress and the unconstitutional judges in the 9 member US Supreme court, we could save freedom for 300 million Americans. It is expedient for us, that one federal government should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not.

The Second Amendment Needs Our Help - With the Democrats in control of the House and Senate and a President who puts expedience over upholding the Constitution, the Second Amendment will be under constant attack for at least the next two years until the next Congressional elections. Even though the National Rifle Association (NRA) is the most well know group defending the Second Amendment, the best group defending the Second Amendment is the Gun Owners of America (GOA). Please consider joining and contributing to this organization over the next two years so they can fight our battles in court and alert us when to call our congressman and senators to stop unconstitutional legislation.
