We are fighting today, for the same civil and religious liberties, that our forefathers fought for in 1776. The simple truth is that we can either do things God's way and life can be good, or we can do things man's way and suffer. The United States is the perfect example of this truth. From its beginnings until 1962 it followed God and was prosperous. From 1962 until today it has rejected God and we have been loosing our prosperity and freedom to an increasingly oppressive government. We must learn from our founding fathers and return to the "old ways" - that is our only good choice;

"All the miseries and evils which men suffer from vice, crime, ambition, injustice, oppression, slavery and war, proceed from their despising or neglecting the precepts contained in the Bible." - NOAH WEBSTER, "History of the United States", (New Haven: Durrie & Peck, 1832), p. 339, paragraph 53

The United States Founding Fathers, Founding Americans, and Founding Law Books, all new that government was free to make its own laws only where God had not already ruled.

For example, Blackstone's Commentaries on the Laws of England, the law books used by the U.S. Founding Fathers, states:

"To instance in the case of murder: this is expressly forbidden by the Divine. ... If any human law should allow or enjoin us to commit it, we are bound to transgress that human law. ... But, with regard to matters that are ... not commanded or forbidden by those superior laws such, for instance, as exporting of wool into foreign countries; here the ... legislature has scope and opportunity to interpose."

For this reason, we have divided this page into two sections. The first, 'Where God has Ruled', which every country and individual is obligated to obey. The second, 'Where God has not Ruled', which countries and individuals are free to make laws that best suit them provided that they remember that all laws must ultimately be based on, and not be contrary to, Devine Law:

But it should always be remembered that this law, natural or revealed, made for men or for nations, flows from the same Divine source: it is the law of God. ... "[T]he law ... dictated by God Himself is, of course, superior in obligation to any other. It is binding over all the globe, in all countries, and at all times. "[T]he ... law established by the Creator ... extends over the whole globe, is everywhere and at all times binding upon mankind. ... America's Founders understood that Biblical values formed the basis of America's Republican form of government and that the republic would be destroyed if the people's knowledge of those values should ever be lost. And we can see today that those values are being lost and the republic based on God's principles is being destroyed and that it is being replaced by a democracy based on people's feelings (generally liberal and godless).

  5. Education - The same men who wrote the First Amendment, passed the Northwest Ordinance. It was signed into law by President George Washington on August 7, 1789. Article III of the Ordinance is the only section that addresses religion and public education. Instead of separating the two, it couples them, expressing their belief that you cannot successfully have one without the other. The only way to reverse the declining trend in government and society, is to return to this standard as established by these United States Founding Fathers.

  7. Extortion - How much time in jail would you spend if you were convicted of extortion? Why do we prohibit our neighbor from extortion but allow the state and federal governments to commit extortion? It isn't required for you to get your children a social security number but if you don't the government says you can't deduct them on your taxes. You don't have to have a social security number but if you don't you can't get a job, a bank account, a drivers licence and all the things that require you to have one of those. Even the states are extorted by the federal government. Some did not want to require a social security number to get a drivers licence and the federal government said that's fine, but if you don't we won't give you any federal highway money. No wonder we are a reproach and laughing stalk around the world.

  10. Free Speech - Sorry, but it is too late. There is no more free speech. There are only two choices. "Proclaim the liberal agenda" or "Shut up, or else".

  12. Guns - The Right to Keep and Bear Arms. Hosea 4:16 says, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge ... ", and when it comes to the Second Amendment, and Article 1, Section 6, of the Michigan Constitution, we are very close to being on the verge of destruction, because we have allowed the schools, the media, and the government, to erase the knowledge of why the Founding Fathers gave us the Second Amendment in the first place, and replace it with a doctrine that says that what the Founding Fathers ordained to protect us, will hurt us, and should be discarded. As society gets worse and worse we need the Second Amendment more not less. It is time to restore the right to keep and bear arms in Michigan and discard those who have changed this right into a privilage bestowed by government.

Judicial Power - According to United States Founding Father, Alexander Hamilton, the judicial branch of government was supposed to be so weak as to never be a threat to the liberty of U.S. citizens. But just the opposite has occured, and as Founding Father Thomas Jefferson predicted, the court is ever so slowly usurping all power and imposing tyranny on U.S. Citizens. Only by the impeachment of Godless judges who place their own opinions above the People and their Constitution, and the appointing of God fearing men who will uphold the Constituion in their place, can we ever hope to have a republican form of government in Michigan and the United States.

  24. Social Security - This great socialist system, like most socialist systems, promises you everything, but then gives all your money to someone else and then changes the rules so you get nothing. See what happens when you get greedy and pretend not to notice that the whole thing was unConstitutional to begin with?
