"I have been a resident of Ionia County most of my life. I attended the Saranac Public School having graduated in 1965. In 1966 I joined the U.S. Navy and served four years during the Viewtnam era.
My wife, Jackie, of 40 years and I have three grown children and four grandchildren. I am recently retired from the Post Office after 26 years of service."
