Chuck Conces has been battling for 8 years for honest government. Corruption in government has become rampant at both the state and federal levels. Michigan has become a hostile state to do business in. Jobs are being sent overseas. Public officials refuse to uphold the Constitution. The laws are being perverted and public officials act as though the laws did not apply to them. Citizens find their rights are not being upheld in courts. Favoritism and cronyism are rampant among state officials. Conces will stop all that if elected Michigan Attorney General.
The U.S. Taxpayers Party is affiliated with the Constitution Party. We are dedicated to the preservation of our Country's Constitution and to preserving our citizens' rights. As such, I, Charles Conces, pledge that:
(1) I will immediately order the removal of all illegally filed "Notices of Lien" across the state. There are now over one million of these illegal notices filed in the state of Michigan on our families and friends. All notices must, by law, have a certification, signed by a certifying officer, or a court order.
(2) I will immediately order a review of all ordinances, and notify every county and township, where the ordinances go beyond the authority of the statute passed by the legislature. There are many ordinances that actually go beyond what the law authorizes, and this will be stopped.
(3) I will have the Office of Attorney General intervene in court cases where a citizen's rights are being or have been trampled in court. Citizens can ask for a review of cases.
(4) I will embark on a public education program so that citizens will be able to understand the law and their rights. Property taxes and other taxes will be reviewed.
(5) I will prosecute public officials who break the law or violate Constitutional protections of our citizens. Michigan government will no longer allow the "good old boy" network to operate.
(6) I will have an "open door" policy to the public. The public deserves honest and open government.
If you wish to continue the "status quo", then by all means vote for your local Republican or Democrat. If you wish real change and honest government, vote for the U.S. Taxpayers Party candidates. We will abolish the "income tax" and revive Michigan's economy.
